I came across this recipe on AllRecipes and changed up a few things. I prefer keeping frozen fruit in the freezer for smoothies, so I used frozen fruit instead of fresh. I used the weight equivalent of 2 medium peaches according to Calorie Count‘s website and 1/2 cup of strawberry halves. I also doubled the recipe, except for the strawberries, because I found it’s just not enough for 2 people as a meal, which is what I typically do with smoothies. This recipe size fits perfectly into two 16oz mason jars, and it turned out delicious! It’s definitely one of my new favorite smoothies!
